Alicia Shankland

Chair

Alicia has more than 20 years of experience as a Chief People Officer and in similar executive roles at technology companies focused on digital marketing, big data, education, internet, and telecommunications. She has driven the full range of HR services at large, public, global organizations as well as emerging venture and PE-backed companies.

Alicia is currently a Principal, People & Culture for Stanton Chase, a global executive search and consulting company. She also serves as adjunct faculty member, most recently for Wayne State University’s school of business.  In the past, she volunteered as a mediator for the Snohomish County Dispute Resolution Center.

Alicia sees great opportunity for promoting health advocacy within the HR community and employer-sponsored health benefit plans.
